"I Sell Goods" offers products from global merchants/suppliers in order to provide the best quality products at affordable prices and a unique global shopping experience.

Fulfilled orders are shipped from our partners in the United States,China, India and others.

What payment methods do you offer?
    • We accept PayPal and all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, AMEX) and it will be processed via PayPal.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

    • We ship worldwide, so that will depend on your country of residence. It may take anywhere from 10 - 25 days (business) on average. This is highly dependent on the customs and import process in your country. 
    • Please note that during the holiday season that these time frames may be impacted.

How much is shipping?

    •  Shipping fees are calculated based upon order weight and destination.
    • If you see a Big Orange "We Pay Shipping!" image for a product... it means just that, we pay shipping for that item, you don't!

Where do your products ship from?

    • The majority of our inventory is sold from our warehouses in China with a select few items from other distributors in other countries including in the United States. 

What is a Special Offer?

    • A special offer is a limited-time promotion on products offered at discounted prices/and or shipping rates. These offers will be highlighted on the specific product page.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

    • Most items will arrive in about 10 - 20 days (business) . If you're still not sure, just contact us.  We're happy to help.

Will I receive a Tracking Number?

    • Yes.  Our global suppliers provide tracking numbers that allow your order to be tracked. We do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee if you are having a problem with your order.

I ordered (2 or more) items but, only received one so far.. where's my other items?

    • When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately by different suppliers. If that is the case, you will be able to track your individual orders via their tracking numbers.

Why have I not received any order confirmation details?

    • It is possible that the email address supplied was incorrect. Throughout the process we send 3 - 4 emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice.
    • If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please contact us and we will fix it for you.

Are the "FREE" items really free?

    • For promotional items, all you have to pay is the shipping cost. The price of the item itself is $0.00.
